Terms of Service

1. Introduction
ProTrades is a software platform operated as a sole proprietorship based in California. By creating an account or using ProTrades, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use ProTrades.
3. Platform Scope
ProTrades assists with estimates, proposals, invoices, job tracking, and AI-assisted suggestions. ProTrades does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or compliance with laws or codes.
4. AI Features
AI features are optional and provide suggestions only. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content.
5. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security. ProTrades may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.
6. Payments
Some features require payment via Stripe. Billing terms are governed by the Billing Policy.
7. Termination
Users may cancel at any time. Access remains through the current billing period. Upon termination, user data is deleted.
8. Intellectual Property
ProTrades owns the platform and technology. Users retain ownership of their data.
9. Third-Party Services
ProTrades integrates with Stripe, Supabase, Google Analytics, OpenAI, Amazon Textract, and QuickBooks.
10. Liability
ProTrades is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Arbitration
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under California law.
